Evolution, <EM>per se</EM>, makes no claims as to the existence or non-existence of a supreme being. Therefore teaching it in school does not violate the first amendment. Therefore the initiative wouldn't prohibit teaching evolution in schools.<BR/><BR/>And yes, wackadoos evolve.
