Plumbing is the easy part, but drywall is a real bitch.
Janiece, when they open up the hole a bit to have a squint at what is leaking, get your trusty step-stool (of course have SM or SB HOLD it for you... visions of stump-rolling in my yard and the resultant lounge chair/shadowbox catastrophe are STILL in my head) and have a squint yourself in the space. Black = bad. You're paying a drywaller for his time anyway, may as well tear out any suspect drywall and get it attended to.The Mechanicky Galhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/00301818656158916179noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-9112925820320944611.post-47649089185948374442009-02-06T10:46:00.000-07:002009-02-06T10:46:00.000-07:00Well, Jim, if I remember correctly and it is mynoc...Well, Jim, if I remember correctly and it is mynocks, she's got bigger problems than just leaking plumbing...she's in something's plumbing!

WendyB_09WendyB_09https://www.blogger.com/profile/03788918629240949526noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-9112925820320944611.post-33090144623416262702009-02-06T09:12:00.000-07:002009-02-06T09:12:00.000-07:00Uh Oh, that can't be good.Mynocks, probably chewin...Uh Oh, that can't be good.

Mynocks, probably chewing on the power couplings...Jim Wrighthttps://www.blogger.com/profile/11259550121437562338noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-9112925820320944611.post-17064348952933629992009-02-06T09:02:00.000-07:002009-02-06T09:02:00.000-07:00Sorry, first thing I think of when someone tells m...Sorry, first thing I think of when someone tells me they have plumbing issues. I worked for a real estate agent for 3 years. Know all too well how sneaky mold can be from leaky areas. There are distinct advantages to ownership, but having to pay for repairs is not one of them. My landlord fixes the rare problem pretty quickly.
