Why, yes, driver of the Ford Edge, North Carolina license plate ABM-4396, I did see you walk into the Parker, Colorado PetSmart on April 6, 2011 and leave your car in a handicapped spot. I also saw how very spry you were, that you didn't drop anyone off before parking, and that you didn't have a handicapped placard or license plate.
Nice job coming to my state and my community and acting like a complete and utter douche. Really - stellar job.

I was in a parking lot in Manassas a few years ago, and since my Da was a WW2 Veteran, and had lost his legs to diabetes, I boiled over when I saw a kid park his hot red Mustang in a handicapped spot. Luckilly, I spotted a local police officer and told him that I was very aware about the problem of folks taking handicapped spots...he went over and ticketed the car....sometimes there is Karmic Justice
Well, he clearly has a MORAL disability.
I used to say, "Must have a MENTAL handicap." But then I realized that was an insult to those who do have mental issues. I like what nzforme says, better.
