- I am a Hot Chick living in Castle Rock, CO with my fabulous family. We have a rescue dog named "Jackson," and she's a Basenji/Shepherd mix. She's something of a head case, but we love her. I'm a U.S. Navy vet, and I currently work as an Enterprise Solutions Architect, specializing in VoIP and multimedia contact center design. I care about social justice, libraries, science, the U.S. Constitution and the military. I'm a tax and spend liberal in a largely red county, but I try not to be stabby about it. I knit for charity. Stupidity, cupidity and wanton assholery piss me off, and I'm more than a little soft when it comes to dogs and those who serve others. I blog about whatever I feel like. That needs to be played to the full combined House and Senate - with National TV coverage of each Representative and Senator named having to step forward and account for their actions.

THAT is why Olbermann has been in my celebrity seraglio for a couple of years.
But how do you think he really felt about it?
Keith Olbermann is as big of an idiot as Rush Limbaugh is a jerk. How a two-bit sports commentator became a two-bit political commentator is beyond me.
Fathergoose, even a blind squirrel finds a nut once in awhile.
While I don't always agree with him, the point of this particular screed resonates with me.
Point taken, my comment was focused on the title and Keith himself not the subject. Even when his premise is accurate he still turns my stomach. Perhaps Keith and Rush will be found by a blind squirrel and taken away.

I want to like Olbermann. Hell, I sort of do like Olbermann. But in the end he's part of the problem, not part of the solution.
