Or, you know, you could have been telling the truth, and you have a Mom that reads Rolling Stones. Which, is like, way cool.
I was telling the truth. She subscribes to the print version because she loves their irreverence and satire, plus she's a big Matt Taibbi fan. She skips the articles on Rock-n-Roll, being a connoisseur of classical music.
She told me about it on the phone, and I found the link on-line. But I shouldn't be surprised that it ended up in the Whateverettes.

I have sent it to my Preferred Customers. They should all appreciate it. And if they don't, then perhaps it is time they are removed from the August Preferred Customers List because they haven't been getting much of what I've sent them.....
My copy of RS usually gets here about two weeks late. It'll give me something to read out in the cabin.

I happened to write briefly about Bill Maher's article yesterday as well.
Well, part of it was about Bill Maher's new entry into my imaginary seraglio, but most of it was the article. And a friend sent me the link.
Doesn't Bill Maher just tickle you? Nobody's off-limits with him.
Bill Maher has been my celebrity husband for YEARS. He's the only reason I pay for HBO since they canceled Deadwood. Bastards.
