Today I'll be indulging in some girl stuff. The Incomparable Anne™ and I are going for pedicures and then lunch. Since it appears that spring is finally here, it's time to do something about "winter feet." Lunchies are a bonus.
I'm also going to see if Anne wants to go with me to try and find a new suit. I only have one outfit suitable for interviews and such (although I have a boatload of shoes), and I'd like to have something else to choose.
I was going to close this with some sappy commercial ripoff indicating that "stuff" costs money, but time with Anne is "priceless," but I've decided not to.

Oooh - summer feet! I hope you enjoyed your pedis and your girl time.
We did. As you know, Janiece is a hell of a lot of fun to hang out with. We talked and laughed a lot. (Part of that was the pedicurist tickling her feet.) The clothes shopping was a challenge, as we found Kohl's did not have as good a selection in businesswear as Janiece had remembered. However, we were finally successful with charcoal gray pinstriped slacks, a dark teal camisole ans a very cute white cardigan with nice detailing at the edges.
