This morning the Smart Man and I got up well before the sun in order to have brunch with my Hot Mom at a German Bakery and Deli in Loveland called Schmidt's.
Hmm...German Bakery!
It was delish, and included some of the best taters I've ever had, as well as some Bavarian style eggs that I'd be happy to have for any meal.
I'm a bit sleepy now, but it was worth it.
This afternoon we're going to go see Quantum of Solace.
How's your Sunday?

My Sunday is relaxing. Yesterday was hectic with our new carpet being laid. Today's big activity is brunch at our favorite French bistro around 1 pm.
John and I are going to Delta today. We watched Quantum of Solace yesterday afternoon, and enjoyed it.
Have a great time!
Michelle's Sunday To Do List
1. Make vegetable stock
2. Bake down pumpkins (pies and bread and cookies are in my future!)
3. Laundry
I'm considering making cookies, but have not yet made up my mind.
Welcome, Ken.
The movie was good. Because sometimes a Bond movie is just a Bond movie - no deeper meaning required.
And Michelle? Pumpkin cookies...hmmm!
Shit. Ken was me. Under BIL's name. Would you delete it?
Done.
Thank you. I am a total idiot to not have noticed that, and I appreciate your patience.
My feet hurt.
Put I have 12 cups of pumpkin puree and 9 x 4 cups of stock.
Jeri, did you do it again, or should I be welcoming "Michelle?"
Well, #$&#^%#$.
I give up. Every computer in our house is logged on to our guests for Google, Yahoo, Facebook and Twitter. I thought they hadn't been back on mine but I stupidly didn't check. Now they are logged off.
And I overcame temptation and didn't send any emails and post any statuses from them (with the exception of THREE blog comments, sigh) before doing so.
(Or maybe I didn't have guests at all and my split personality disorder is rearing its ugly head again. I suppose I should have kept taking the meds. Hee hee.)
Sunday was good.
Made smooshed pork in the baby crockpot, so had loverly bbq-style pork for dinner.
Watched the final NASCAR race of the season.
And did some laundry.

Well, listening to all of you about your Sundays, I don't feel so bad for laying on teh couch, reading, laying on the couch, finishing the laundry, laying on the couch, finishing the drip system (small one- no effort required!) and laying on the couch!
Wait, so what did Jeri say (as Ken) the first time?
Just that my weekend was spent feeding guests, listening to them play Wii Rock Band/Mario Kart/Smash Brothers Brawl, and talk about church. And then repeat. :D
It wasn't a bad weekend, but if I hear one more amateur rendition of "Wanted Dead or Alive" I might shoot someone. And then I'll be a wanted woman.
I'm glad everyone had such a relaxing weekend!
