Not that kind of food sex. Perv.

Courtesy of The Mechanicky Gal, here is a food experience that compares to sex...hence the moniker "food sex."

These are Jell-O pudding snacks, sugar free and sweetened with Splenda. 60 Calories! 1 serving of dairy! 1 Weight Watchers point!
They're delicious! They're guilt-free! They come in several tasty flavors!
C'mon...how can you not love pudding?

I have known about these for years...where have you been? The Jello cups of jello are nasty so be sure to stay clear...make you own, or better yet buy some popsicles.

Umm...

No thanks. I make my own chocolate pudding. No ingredients from the Jello involved at all.

Mom, the Splenda ones are new.

I can't have Nutrasweet, so the Splenda pudding is a real score!

And yes, jello gelatin...ew.

We discovered Kozy Shack sugar free pudding. Also splenda sweetened, plus lower carb and higher fiber. The chocolate, vanilla and tapioca are yummy!

Beware of sugar alcohols in such stuff... ending in 'ol' - lots of SF products like pudding and ice cream use them. Maltitol, erythritol, sorbitol, etc... They are not absorbed by the body as a sugar, but as such have a fairly adverse impact on the stomach. :P
