Since our household is ill-equipped for "Cat Blogging Friday," here is the incomparable Boogie, wondering why I got him up from his afternoon nap for an outdoor picture.
I'm pretty sure that any pets are fair game. I'd do some Friday cat blogging but the beasts here are flying around so fast, they've already reached Saturday.
And that top-knot? He uses it to brake his slides against the walls when he's playing and can't stop. We have dents in our walls where he's bounced head-first.
He's not exactly a mental giant, but he's sweet, and a good, good boy.
I am Hot Chick living in Parker, CO with my fabulous family and my Giant Schnauzer. I'm a U.S. Navy vet, and I currently work as a Senior Systems Engineer for a major manufacturer of telecommunications equipment. I specialize in VoIP and Contact Center technologies, so if you have a bad experience with a contact center, it's probably my fault. I care about science, the U.S. Constitution and the military. I'm a tax and spend liberal in a largely red county, but I try not to be stabby about it. I'm a perennial student currently attending the University of Denver, and I donate knitted cold weather gear to various charities. Stupidity, cupidity and wanton assholery piss me off, and I'm more than a little soft when it comes to dogs and those who serve others. I blog about whatever I feel like. I use foul language, so if that sort of thing offends you, feel free to fuck off now - if I'm unwilling to clean up my language for my fabulous Great Auntie Margie, I'm unlikely to do so for you. Newcomers are welcome here, especially those who disagree with me, but trolling and spamming will be met with the Shovel of Doom™.

That silly dog sure has a sweet face. Gram's opinion notwithstanding.
I know a couple of guys who look just like that ;)
Yay Boogie pictures! :)

Jim, I do, too. Although I expect they're more common in your neck of the woods.
Doggies!
I like dogs. Just not home enough to be fair to a dog's needs.
Woof!
He is SO SO SO SO cute. That top knot is so scratchable. :)
I'm glad you posted the picture. And - thanks for the card. It helps.
Jeri, you're welcome.
