IT - Making Our Lives Easier

You know, I usually try and go easy on the IT Department. I have a number of friends that work in that field, including Hot Blogger Shawn. They have to deal with uninformed, inexperienced and (sometimes) stupid users every day. I work with sales people - I get the challenge.

But I'm back from a couple of days of vacation today, and my E:Mail application is running so slowly, I may get through this pile of messages in time for me to log off at the end of the day. Maybe.
